MySQA gives your students a permanent, personal record of their qualifications, and allows National Qualification exam candidates to choose how to receive their exam results.
Permanent, Personal
Candidates can keep track of their progress towards current awards, and view all their SQA qualifications* online. Entry is secure, confidential and automatically updated as they achieve new qualifications.
Registration is quick and easy using their Scottish Candidate Number (SCN), and a unique e-mail address. The student should first confirm the home address we have for them - if it is wrong, we advise them to contact their centre to submit their correct home address. They then have 30 days to activate their account and create their personal profile page.
National Qualification Results
On 5 August this year we sent 28112 emails and 20418 text messages containing exam results to candidates. We would like to thank you for the fantastic job you have done promoting MySQA to your candidates.
Candidates who are sitting exams next year at Standard Grade, Intermediate, Higher or Advanced Higher can register to receive their results by email and/or text message first thing on results day.
The whole process is designed to help you help your candidates through a stressful process with the minimum of fuss and we hope many more will register for the service over the coming year. Your support is much appreciated.
